- You can access the practice session held that day at Inalpi Arena. Further information about access is available on the Schedule page.
- You can access the practice session held that day at Circolo della Stampa Sporting. Further information about access is available on the Schedule page.
- You can access exclusively the Piazzale Grande Torino area and the related village. It does not include access to Inalpi Arena or practice sessions in any way. Access to the Fan Village is included for anyone who already has a ticket for the same session for Inalpi Arena.
- No, the ticket shows the purchaser's name, but tickets are NOT named; they are bearer tickets and may be transferred.
- Availability is what the site displays; we do not know if or when there will be changes.
- Season ticket provides access to all sessions of the tournament. No other formulas are provided.
- Inalpi Arena, Practice Session Inalpi Arena, Practice Session Sporting: infants under one year of age may enter free without a ticket; after their first birthday, a ticket is required for the court you wish to access. Fan Village: children up to 6 years of age may enter free without a ticket. After the age of 6, a Fan Village ticket is required.
No price reductions based on age are provided. - Children under 14 may only enter the Venue and remain there if accompanied by an adult.
- Payment can be made with: MY BANK - Instant Bank Transfer (not Ordinary), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
- We remind you that the website accepts VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX circuit cards and use Google Chrome as your browsing browser. You will also need to make sure that, with the new regulations regarding online payments that require the security code to be entered during payment, you already have it or have activated the SMS/email authorization service. Finally, the problem could be due to your device blocking pop-ups from opening. Usually in the top navigation bar it is indicated in some way that the page is attempting to open, precisely, a pop-up and is asking for permission.
- After payment, the ticket will arrive within a few minutes at the email address registered on the ticket website. If you do not display the tickets purchased, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
- If your account registered on this site is already linked to a FITP card, you will not be able to purchase Premium Hospitality packages because they are not included in the promotion reserved for card holders.
To complete your purchase, you will need to register again without associating any FITP card. - If your account registered on this site is already linked to a FITP card, you will not be able to purchase tickets reserved for people with disabilities.
To complete your purchase, please register a new profile and ensure that no FITP card is associated with it. - If you have already checked that you have not received them even in your junk/spam mailbox, you can find them in your reserved area on the site. You may request assistance at the dedicated email address at the bottom of this page.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but since they are not named, they are transferable.
- There is no official resale service or channel.
- Yes, you can enter at any time, subject to game times.
- They refer to the number of matches scheduled in that session.
- The order of play is posted on the official event website.
- It is not possible to predict who will play, when and on which court. The order of play is published the night before the matches.
- The time shown on the order of play applies; the order of play is published the evening before the matches.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict the length of a tennis match.
- You can leave the court but not the venue, once you leave the Inalpi Arena you cannot re-enter with the same ticket.
- Matches are played indoors, so the match will not be interrupted.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue. Only certified service animals (guide dogs) are permitted.
- No, the ticket is valid for one access only.
- The ticket is purchased for the session and not for a specific match/player. The program may change and there is no refund of the ticket.
- There is no refund of the ticket or a voucher for another purchase.
- Yes, several refreshment stations are provided.
- Spectators with a disability of at least 74% and those with severe disability may purchase tickets at a dedicated price until reserved seats are sold out. For each session, each person with a disability may purchase at most one ticket for themselves and one for a companion. More information on the dedicated page "Accessible seats info".
- Once you have completed the registration process you can click on the "Associate your FITP card" button.
- The promotion dedicated to FITP Member holders cannot be combined with other promotions.
- To take advantage of the reduced rate, it is necessary for each FITP Member to register and buy their own tickets. In the event that the FITP Member is a minor, the parent or guardian can register in his own name, however, associating the card and the tax code of the minor.
