Sales of seats reserved for the disabled persons will start on 15 December 2023.

Disabled spectators with a minimum disability rate of 74% and those with severe disabilities, may purchase tickets for the Nitto ATP Finals 2024 at a reduced price of approximately 70%, until the number of seats reserved for them is exhausted. Disability certification must be shown at the time of purchase and also at the gates of the event. An adequate but necessarily limited number of seats are available for each session.

For each session, each disabled person may purchase a maximum of one ticket for him/herself and one ticket for an accompanying person.

The purchase can only be made via the Internet via our official website, following the instructions below.

How to book your ticket online

STEP 1 – Registration

Every user must log in. Registration must be made in the name of the disabled person. For children under 18 years of age, please register in the name of the person acting on their behalf and indicate the name of the disabled person in the appropriate field.

  1. click on “Login” and the on New User
  2. fill all the fields in, accept the policy on personal data treatment and click on “Registration”
  3. Log in.

Select the session of your choice. A banner at the top of the page, will address the User to buy the tickets with special rates for Disabled People and their Accompanying Persons in the sectors reserved to them. Choose your preferred seats, add them to the card and complete the purchase with your Credit Card. The tickets will be sent to the email address specified during the registration.

STEP 2 - Rules to access the venue and documentation

El día del evento, el comprador deberá mostrar, a petición del revisor de entradas, la acreditación o documentación que acredite la discapacidad real.

La documentación deberá presentarse en la entrada y en cada solicitud de entrada, en caso contrario se le denegará la entrada o se le expulsará del recinto.

Los titulares de entradas “acompañantes” deberán acceder necesariamente al recinto junto con la persona discapacitada a la que acompañan (la persona discapacitada debe haber adquirido una entrada dedicada a personas discapacitadas) o se les denegará la entrada o se les expulsará del recinto.
